Exercisers need even more water. So drink plenty of water to replace normal fluid losses and to replace the water used during exercise.

Water replacement guide
DURING HEAVY WORKOUTS (1-1/2 hours long)
Before workout drink 1-2 cups of cold water 15 minutes before exercise.
During exercise drink half cup of water every 15 minutes.
After workout drink 1-3 cups of water
You can use other fluids to meet these requirements. Such as

Soups
Skim milk
Herbal tea
Decaffeinated coffee
Seltzer water
You should make frequent trips to the bathroom and have clear urine.
